Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above a order value of 5000PKR. If you qualifies then it’s a FREE SHIPPING Day for you.
Goods can be exchanged or returned within 10 days of purchase/delivery with Complete Packaging & receipt.
Damaged, used, altered or engraved products cannot be exchanged or returned.
Refunds will be processed either through a cross cheque or a bank transaction. Please note that only the product price will be refunded, with the deduction of the delivery and return costs.
